Rules of the Road

We ask and expect you to follow the rules of our van at all times. Not only is this a van that we are happy to offer for you and many others to enjoy, but we also use this van for our own personal trips and experiences.

NO Smoking of ANY kind
Absolutely, no smoking of any kind. Cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, e-cigarettes, etc. None of it. Don’t do it.

NO extra guests
Our fees only accommodate the max number of people per van. Please respect the space and capacity.

NO Music Festivals/Concerts
In an effort to keep our rig safe, clean, and respected, please do not take this van to any music festivals or concerts.

Wear your seatbelt when driving
All passengers must be belted while the vehicle is in motion. We are not responsible for any injuries that occur from renter negligence.

NO speeding
Obey all traffic signs and speeds at ALL times. You are driving property that is not yours with a plate that is not yours, respect that. You will be responsible for any and all tickets/citations.

NO illegal substances or underage use of legal substances
Absolutely no illegal substances, underage use of any legal substances.

NO getting onto the roof
This roof is not meant for lounging and there should be no roof access or attempts.

Be respectful of what you cook
We all know that some food can have a strong and lingering smell long after it is cooked. Out of respect for the next renters and hosts, please cook all strong smelling food outside of the rig during your stay. For Example: Bacon, Fish, Sauerkraut, etc.

Be respectful of the space
This space is special. We expect you to take care of the build and maintain a clean, damage free stay. Clean up after yourself and your pets, wipe up any spills immediately, and do your best to keep the space tidy.

NO electric heaters/air conditioners
These can be very dangerous and power consuming for a Campervan. If you need heat, it is best to use our built in heater and if you need to cool down, it is best to get a good airflow and park in the shade if possible.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Yes! We are pet friendly up to two dogs or either 1 cat! Please be mindful of the space with your pets. No accidents inside and please be mindful of outdoor temperatures before you decide to leave them behind while you shop/eat.

  • Seats 5 and sleeps 4. You can purchase the Luno bed as an add on for a 5th sleeping space across the front seats.

  • Yep! He has 360 watts of solar and alternator charging, so you are able to re-charge your power system without the power grid.

  • Drop off time is before 12pm and pick up is after 3pm. Please let us know what time you plan on dropping off and picking up. If you have paid for late drop off or early pick up, this will be coordinated.

  • Insurance is automatically added to your reservation on a per night basis. The amount is $30 per night that you are renting! You will have the option of adding roadside assistance and SLI if you'd like. If you would like this addition, you can click the link below to purchase this separately.

  • No, you cannot go off-road. Please stay on well maintained roads, packed down roads, or paved. Two tracks and roads that are not made for daily use are strictly prohibited. There are plenty of off-grid, enjoyable places to camp that do not require going down a poorly maintained road.

  • Diesel. Diesel. Diesel. We also have it labeled in a few places on the van so you don’t forget!

  • Yes! It is a requirement for you to fill up the gas tank within 10 miles of our location before you drop the van back off. Failure to fill up will cost you additional fees.

  • North has built in heat, no AC.

  • No, North cannot go out of state.

  • No North cannot go out of the country.

  • You will pick up and drop off at the same location.

  • You can park your vehicle at our location for no additional cost. We have security cameras for our parking area.

  • The minimum is 2 nights, no maximum.

  • If you need to change your dates, there will be a $30 fee if there is 30 days or more before your trip begins.

    If it's less than 30 days before your trip begins, the fee will be $75.

  • You must be 25 years or older to rent.

  • You are allowed 150 miles per day and then it will be $.35 per mile after that.

  • Get to a safe place and call the police. Exchange insurance Information with the 3rd party and take lots of pictures. Once everything has calmed down, please give us a call and explain what happened. We will do our best to help however we can to get you safely back on your trip.

  • All reservations can be instantly booked online! 50% of the reservation total is due to secure your dates, with the remaining 50% due 7 days before the trip.

  • Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund minus a Square service fee, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure. Otherwise, the cancellation policy is strict.

    If you cancel more than 14 days before your trip begins: 50% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 50%)

    Cancel 14 or fewer days before your trip begins: 0% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 100%)

    The Square fees that we incur for processing the payment and then refunding for a cancellation are NOT refundable in any situation.

  • We have a $1,500 security deposit that you will authorize us to charge at pick up.
